To develop, review, or restart your current Meditation and/or Mindfulness practice, to enhance your mindfulness and meditative experiences and to share and learn with others within a supportive environment. The class will help further your own awareness, discuss and develop new ideas and provide space for you, including time to reflect on your own way of working and learn from and with other people, providing tools and techniques to enhance mental wellbeing and reduce stress.
