The class will help you identify your own practice and what is helpful to you. Let go of expectations and increase your own self-awareness. Improving your focus and concentration using simple techniques. Learning and sharing with others within regular, structured classes. Exploring new ideas and different ways to work with, and gaining tools and techniques to enhance mental well-being and reduce stress.
