Open Age’s Healthy Lungs is an exercise programme that aims to improve chronic respiratory health, helping to manage COPD, Asthma and other respiratory conditions so you can continue living life to the fullest! Led by a specialised trainer, the weekly classes will teach you how to exercise safely to improve lung and cardiovascular health. You will benefit from the perception of improved breathing, muscular strength and flexibility, mood, self-esteem and general wellbeing.
